Are you trying to get the image to appear smaller or the file size reduced? Those are two totally different subjects. IF she wants it to load faster, then the file size has to be compressed, not the screen size. Just trying to read between the lines on her comment. When I had dialup, (which incidentally wasn't long ago) I wanted something less than 100kb file size for emailing, but some 30kb jpegs would fill the screen, just not high resolution. If this is what we are talking about and NOT caring if the screen is full, then you need to compress the file. Some high res images can be very large and take several minutes to d/l via 56k.
