It is possible that you haven't been paying attention.

   In the Windows world, if things aren't working, you
   reboot the system, and if that fails, you reinstall everything.

   In the Linux world, if things aren't working, you
   switch to another distribution.

I just thought I'd say this before Craig had to.  ;-)
