I feel that Mozilla is most functional. I use daily: Popup blocker, Linky, Checky, Google toolbar (and the one that comes with Opera isn't sufficient), HTTP Headers, Tux Health, Adblock, View source is color coded, And when on Windows, 'View in IE' I haven't utilized the form managers like I should but other people in my office have. Opera is fast but not convenient. IE is just a joke.
