I recieved this today (I deleted the attachments beore forwarding). Now, I 
didn't send anything like this to anybody at those addresses. What's going on?
I got another one like it a couple of days ago.

Is it something to be concerned about? My initial guess is that my address 
was stripped off somewhere autimatically and is being used for some sort of 
spam thing. Is that right?
Is there anything effective that I can do?
