I have not used VPS before, but looking at their web site it looks like any other shared hosting package except you also get a virtual root account. They say they guaranty resources but I couldn't find where they say how much is guaranteed. They also don't seem to mention DNS services. I did at one time have a co-lo server at a local outfit in Mesa called Interwrx. I found they wanted to nickel&dime me to death for DNS services, so I would suggest getting the story on that before making a commitment, especially if you're thinking of doing virtual hosting. --Phil M. > Message: 4 > Date: Mon, 9 Feb 2004 08:42:04 -0700 (MST) > Subject: Anyone used virtual private server hosting? > From: "JD Austin" > To: plug-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us > Reply-To: plug-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us > > I've just started a company that will be creating a ton of web sites for various > clients.
