I am trying to install Debian via a netinstall onto a dell d800 the nic
is a broadcom gig card that uses the tg3 driver. 

In 2.4.23 there is supposed to be support for this module.

I have not been able to locate a netinstall cd that uses the 2.4.23
kernel.
