Here is something I didn't notice: after dpkg runs the terminal I opened 
synaptic in prints out a couple of lines. Those are:
	Package wavtools has no sectrion?!
	Package pcmia-modules-2.4.8 has no section?!
	Package sysvinit has no section?!

What does this mean?
