I discovered this last night when I wanted the mail server information so I might setup a client but nooooo, I couldn't do that. I sent the webmaster a message through their little online form thingy and the reply was that I should visit the live support chat but how the heck am I supposed to do that?!?!? I can't access it because I'm not using IE and such. They also cited "licensing reasons" as a reason why they couldn't let me in. Below is the response I received (but without the original message sent to protect the innocent).
