You used to be able to hit 'esc' and stop loading the page before they obliterated it, but I see they've moved to server-side for censoring. Call the BBB, but I doubt it'll help. If you can make a case for their site being borken due to not supporting equal access for those with handicaps yo= u might get somewhere. Otherwise I expect them to keep ignoring complaints.
