I have a small amount of SQL experience a few years back, but I will definitely brush up on it if there's a good market for that. But it's definitely something that takes a commitment from management, otherwise it gets thrown out in the effort to make the deadline or to cut costs. In today's climate, if employers demand developers with good security skills, people will get in line quickly. Vaughn
