Hello,

      Can postfix running on an email gateway to a Lotus Notes or
Exchange server perform the following action when an email with an
attachment is recieved: send the user an email saying "you recived an
email with an attachment if would like to recieve this emial please
respond with typing yes in the body of the email" or something to that
effect 

Any suggestions?  

There is a commercial product that is called mailwall that does
something similiar to this when it recieves an email with an attachemnt.
