The above is taken out of context. >From my reading of this license, it seems to be like a BSD license (the one which requires acknowledgements). Other parts of the license state that non-MS patents you might hit while implementing this are not covered by this license. So you can't redistribute your code saying MS indemnifies it with this license. -Paul
