As I recall, they require a complex system for registration where you
have to be an "active community member" and be required to do several
unrelated tasks to use their service.  I might as well use Blogger, but
I've always has problem using their service more than once on my own FTP
server.  I don't even know how well it would cooperate with DeVry's
chunk of webspace they gave us.
