Right now, there are 3 or 4 people that monitor the mail.  The problem 
is that lately there are several hundred message a day that get caught 
up in the queue, all SPAM.  So right now it's being ignored, since 
nobody has the time to read though all those messages to pick out the 
good ones.
I'll be putting spamassassin in front of the listserv eventually, but 
until then....

PS Your message probably wouldn't have been approved anyway.  You really 
should put whatever was making your message so big on a website and just 
post the link.  Just one message like yours can take all day long to send.
