Just in case someone hasn't used WebDAV before, if you start cadaver, 
tell it to

open http://idisk.mac.com/canyonrat/Public

and then tell it to get FreeSWAN_Guide.pdf that will work.

Cadaver looks a lot like bash with  the addition of 'get' and 'put'.
