IF nothing suggested works, you could go to
'bootdisk.com' and d/l a bootdisk for your windows,
and format the disk from floppy. Naturally, linux and
everything would be wiped out, but.. At least, you
would be starting to get back.

Like others have said, unfortunately windoze likes to
be first, so put it first then linux. Lilo or grub
will let you choose and usually has linux as the
default if you don't hit the windoze button fast
enough!!
