I've used Quanta Plus a bit a while ago and I wasn't really impressed. 
I guess I'm just to spoiled with Dreamweaver, which allows very precise,
detailed editing, as well as an IDE that's a little more intuitive and
provides immediate help on syntax as you type code. Just my two cents.
