unfortunately, the ymessenger client sucks.  granted, a sucky client is 
better than none, but it still sucks.  

-no tabbed windows
-gtk1 based
-no file transfer
-no webcam support
-fonts are horrible
-no notification applet
-ads

should I go on?  I wish I was more of a developer so I could help with the 
gaim effort.
