I think I could handle that.  I've been working on a universal init.d 
firewall script for Debian and should have it finished this week.  It's 
definately not for the faint of heart.  I've designed it to handle 
multiple NICs with multiple routing paths so I could integrate Wireless 
VPN into my existing firewall/gateway server.
