This reminded me that I wanted to find or make a web-based database
listing these "clowns".

I am not sure what I would do with it other than use it as a blackhole
list.

Similar to blocking spammers and open relays, Windows machines will soon
become unacceptable for sending email too.

Thoughts?

Anyone want to work on this?
