Assuming you allow that traffic thru your firewall, the three differant workgroups/networks should be browseable. I never had a problem w/w2k. I believe I have a 'isakmpd.conf' file that actually used 3 differant locations you could use. Although mine used static ip's, it should give you something to jump off from.
