I am not sure what you want, so I will guess that you want to transfer 
you local folders to another user.

It appears that you are using kmail. First I suggest rtfm. Next look in 
the prefances (?) to see where the files get stored. Or start looking 
around in /home/knoppix and copy whatever you think might be the correct 
files over to /home/otherusers and see if it works...

Or as aways stfw.
