while we're ramping up for the expo we need to consider the sponsors we've
been getting and how we can thank them for helping out.

EMR and the expo have arranged for the booth.
We might have donated signage. We might also be paying for that.
I've got a line on a 36" monitor for us to use for our demo display. I
should finish arrangements for that tomorrow.
I'm going to contact elite pc tomorrow about loaning us a machine or 3 for
demos. I don't know if I can pry a dual-opteron out of them for the day, bu=
t
I'm gonna try ;-)

AZOTO wants to help sponsor the booth :).


We also need to consider things we need. I intend to bring my folding camp
chair. Based on previous experience we probably want 4 or 5 chairs that can
be quickly stowed.

I have power strips and ethernet cables. I can bring duct tape ( something
we seem to always forget ).

Other things we might be able to use:

ethernet switch
kvm
wireless cards
spare keyboards and mice
giveaways?
bottled water
booth decorations?
laptops can be good because they're instant demo, they are also a security
issue


I can bring a collapsable ice chest. two or three bucks for some block ice
should get it through both days. Maybe I'll bring the full-sized ice chest.

I think I can provide some penguin swag for decorations.

Michael, do you know if we're allowed to hold a raffle? If we're allowed to
take in money at the booth? I would like to have a donation jar for AZOTO. =
I
would also like to make various CDs available via AZOTO for one or two
dollar donations. It would also be nice to be able to sell PLUG t-shirts.
