I live in Gilbert and we have, as most cities do, a recycling program.  
All of the junk mail that can, goes into my recycle bin.  However, any 
mail with plastic film, like evelopes with address windows, and anything 
printed on glossy paper cannot be recycled with the town.  So, I would 
say that more than half of the junk mail goes into the trash, not the 
recycle bin.

Does the bin at the post office accept all the mail for recycling?
