No, this definitely predated doxygen (by quite a few years). Plus, while doxygen is indispensable for code documentation, it's a bit overkill to just print out some source files :-) Basically, it was/is a utility *exactly* like a2ps or enscript that in addition to printing a table of contents, also printed a function index. Now my memory tells me that the function index might have even been integrated with the TOC. *sigh* Too bad I don't have access to my old University accounts....
