If I pay a contractor to build a block wall around my home and he uses
stolen bricks, it's his liability to resolve the matter.

Now that's curious - but in reality, Hatch is liable for the creation/media
on his web site regardless of the fact that he may have contracted it out.

I was really hoping that the developer would have 'blown up' Hatch's web
