You can't beat using Cox WebMail for an easy solution.

However, if it is a hard requirement that you use both
Outlook and Evolution for email clients then you
will need a more adaptable solution.

I had a similar problem and my final solution,
was to install an Email/Messaging Server 
to provide centralized email services for
a network of Linux and Windows workstations
using Outlook and Evolution and WebMail
email clients.

This solution may sound like overkill for you 
needs, but it is scalable and fits the needs
and budget of any sized organization
from a Home Office to an entire company or
Enterprise. 

SuSE Openexchange Server makes a great
email/messaging server. If you can afford
it's $1200 price. Since that was about $1200
over my budget, I had to come up with a
cheaper solution.

After some research, I assembled a
list of the features of the SuSE Openexchange
Server. I then downloaded and configured the 
Open Source Software components needed to
provide most of those features. The resulting
server has been running 24/7 for the past year
as an email/messaging server and my INBOX is 
virtually SPAM free.

Why would you want to run you own email server?
There are several good reasons. One good reason
is to apply an effective SPAM filter to all
your incoming email. Another good reason is to keep
all your incoming and outgoing email in a
central location. A third good reason it to
be able to access your email via Outlook,
Evolution or WebMail. See my website
