Mplayer (mencoder) will do it nicely on the command line, or you can use the front end Acidrip: http://acidrip.thirtythreeandathird.net/ It has worked pretty well so far. Except I have come across a few that I couldn't rip or even watch for that matter. Not quite sure why.
