Interesting. However, it seems that they are just trying to keep a handle on security of their network. I certainly would expect them to want to know what is attached to their network and that it has some minimum amount of security configured. What about othere OSes? I assume they have to be reported too. If not, they are being one sided for some reason, good or bad.
