I'm in favor of mid-late April, since June is when it's starting to get warm. 
And a lot of folks are bugging out for the summer. You gotta remember Phx is 
backwards from the rest of the country, summer is our slow season.

Which reminds me, I have to stop by Walmart to get a snowbird tag for my 
hunting license! ;-)
