./configure (with various options) completed with no error messages, but
when I run make, I get this:

[root@livia apache_1.3.27]# make

make[2]: *** No rule to make target `all'.  Stop.

make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/mlowman/apache_1.3.27'
make: *** [build] Error 2

The Makefile is there, so what am I missing?
