Nope, most of the net came down due to a 6 month old vulnerability in MS
SQL that was essentially a DOS on the entire internet, 3 of the 13 root
servers were brought to thier knee's and another 2 were taken down for
security reasons. At least thats what I have gathered from stuff that i
have read.
