to have a 'helpers' list where people would register as being capable of
helping out on specific things...
- Distro's
  - redhat
  - mandrake
  - debian
  - slackware
  - and keep listing them
- Applications
  - gimp
  - pine
  - and keep listing them
- Daemons
  - sendmail
  - apache
  - uw-imap
  - and keep listing them

and even have another listing of people that can be hired for hourly
work broken down by some categories
