Ahh... Derek, at your first post i wasn't aware of just how much maturity was going to be put into this effort, thinking it was a rant/rave idea about strong arming the issue. I'm somewhat familiar with the issues of Pallidium, DMCA, and DRM. Perhaps you can also point me to some good essays about the issues, reflecting both sides.
