I just looked into the "...memory size..." errors and beleive they were 
related to the php complier (phpa, think zend optimizer). I turned that 
off for the plug site so please let me know if we get anymore of those 
errors.

www.plug.phoenix.az.us now works.

Login troubles likely are the problem I detailed in a previous post, the 
login process has been updated to reflect the plug.phoenix.az.us domain 
now instead of the ip.
