Yes, you can throw it into profile or bashrc to start it up every login.
Additionally, multiple logins running screen should pose no issues.
Interestingly enough, if you do quite a bit of work on multiple hosts,
adding screen to your profile with -R would be a good idea -- preserves your
workspace when you detach and log back in again.
