I'm being forced to drop my current Cox Internet cable connection for 
something cheaper. I've got a budget of about $100/month, maybe a bit 
more. Here's what I'm after:

* Close to 640Kbps up & down. I can live with 256Kbps up if need be.
* Fixed IP address, ideally with inexpensive option for 2nd IP.
* Ability to run servers with no fuss, regardless of port.
* Good stable operation (recommendations appreciated).
* Linux-friendly, or at least aware (no phone support based on OS only).
* Gamer-friendly. Good connectivity to the 'net with low latency.

I'm near 54th St. & Cactus.

I'd appreciate any recommendations from the list.
