If you go to the links that KevinO provided (thanks KevinO!) I think most of 
your questions will be answered. I beleive only the latest report is kept on 
the site.

I'm sure that somewhere there is a free (as in Freedom and Bier) program or 
script to do anything you want with the data. A quick Google search or 
looking on SourceForge should be rewarding.
