I know that "psyche" is the correct code name for the 8.0 release.  I cannot
confirm that the distro is 5 CDs but if you are looking at the official Red
Hat site or a reputable mirror, I would have to say that you have found it. 
Make sure you used the MD5SUM utility to compare the checksums after you
download and you should be all right.
