Anthony, It really depends on what your intentions are, as you posted this to the PLUG list I would suspect you wnat to run OpenLDAP. At this time there are not a lot of great books dealing with openldap and linux but I would be more than willing to talk to you offlist about it. Try to search oreilly for ldap, it should bring up some good articles.
