Can't help with Linux (I'm still more comfortable with windows) but can create the PDF for you with (No flames please) Windows. A short term fix with a continuing long term problem. Email me your recume in RTF or .DOC (Word) or Psotscript (.PS) format and I can distill it using Adobe Acrobat 5.0. and return it as PDF. Adobe Distiller reado Postscript files and creates PDF files. Hope this helps George G Subject: Re: Star Office and PDF From: Carl Parrish To: Plug-discuss Date: 15 Sep 2002 16:40:05 -0700 Reply-To: plug-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us Not really knowing anything about this. First I would try saving the file as a Postscript. (instead of *trying* to save it as a PDF and getting a postscript). Then try using ps2pdf and see if that works.
