Is the package php-4.1.2-7 the same as php4?

I'm checking what I have installed on my RH 7.3 (or is it 7.2) and I ran
#rpm -q mod_php4    /*resulting in*/
package mod_php4 is not installed.
However,
#rpm -q php    /*resulted in*/
php-4.1.2-7 
Obviously I'm not yet familar with naming conventions.
