Hi Bob, Whereas I have done all but 3 of the items on Imre Kertesz' list of security nerd activities, and I have discovered I know more about security than 50% of the "experts," I do not claim to be an expert, and I don't fully agree with Imre's opinions. But that's OK. Doing these things are one thing. Protecting them and preventing others from compromising them is another. You will learn quite a bit after you get rooted. If you still think Computer Security is ooh soo sexy, then maybe you have what it takes. There is so much more to security than Network Security, which gets all the attention, but is only a small part of Computer Security. My $0.02.
