qualify_domains should be the hostname you want mail to come from. It should
either be the local hostname or your domain name, e.g. either
myhost.LuftHans.com or LuftHans.com for me.

local_domains are those domains for which the final destination for mail is
the machine you're configuring.

Relays are configged elsewhere.
