My favorite HTML editor and one of the few things I use Windows for is
HotMetal.  HM gives you a "Tags On" view of your document so you can edit
individual elements in a WYSIWYG manner, without any of the junque most
other GUI editors stuff in.

Wish there were an editor for Linux that worked that way.
