yes but the pst file isn't gonna do it.

create an imap account for yourself and you can drag all of the mail
files/folders into the imap account.
or
use netscape to convert your email

use netscape on windows to import your contacts and export to ldif - fix
it on linux (convert the end of lines to line feeds) and then import the
ldif.
