Peru is considering requiring Free Software be used by the government for
reasons of openess and security. The local M$ representive of course sees things
differently and gets an education from Dr.NUŅEZ. It's one of the best responses
I've seen as to why Free Software works, especially in the public sector. Worth
reading!
