Thanks for saving all the trouble of finding it! It was mentioned on one of the Microsoft Refund Day sites that the EULA for Wi98 was NOT on the M$ site and was not available to you until you broke the seal on the software package and, thusly, agreeing to the contract you hadn't seen yet!
