Kevin, It sounds like you got DSL on the line you call line 2 before you got the service on line 1. Your likely problem is that Qwest and all other DSL providers use DMT instead of CAP now on the DSL lines. The 675 does not support DMT, the 678 is the external modem of choice in that arena.
