Function interception at either the shared library level or kernel level may be an appropriate way to address this need. There are several different methods for intercepting shared library calls in Linux (and the other Unices), and at least two techniques for intercepting kernel system calls. These techniques will be discussed and examples will be shown. -- # http://home.pages.de/~lufthans/ http://www..com/ # "... the social skills of a cow on acid." - der.hans _______________________________________________ PLUG-announce mailing list - PLUG-announce@lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us http://lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce PLUG Website at http://plug.phoenix.az.us
